Benefits of Peer Groups

Those new to the concept of peer groups may wonder what benefits they can expect. Everybody will pick up different elements that suit his or her situation. I know that some members benefitted hugely from presentations that had no relevance for me. Here I only mention some experiences with different peer groups that stood out for me;
